1. Is there a way to put a screw threw the hard plastic? It does not stay on the wall ?
No screw fitting is required. Just need double-sided tape and it will fit with the wall. Also, it will stay on the wall for a long time.
2. Will it hold a child's tube of tooth paste?
Yes, any size tube will fit.
3. Does this product come with the sticker? Or do i have to buy the sticker separately?
Comes with sticker.
4. Can you clean the toothbrush holder, inside where the head of the toothbrush goes?
Yes
5. Can I mount both on tiles? Is adhesive strip works with titles? How strong is it?
The strip is pretty big and good quality. I don't think you would have any trouble mounting it to tile.
6. As you use the toothpaste do you have to manually squeeze it down to the bottom of the tube or is the paste "sucked" out? Does it use the whole tube?
Manually have to squeeze it down.
7. Does it have to hang on the wall or can it stand?
It needs to hang or be up against the wall. You can have it mounted low but it is not free standing.
